Umul Qura Orphans Sports Day 2013
An exciting, exhilarating and joyful sports day was had by all at Umul Qura School. There were a number of activities throughout the day including football tournaments, athletics and swimming.
The weekly football training sessions paid off for the boys and girls at Umul Qura and as they made light work of the games they played against 8 other local schools.
It was wonderful to see that so many members of the local community turned out to support our pupils and no doubt their support and encouragement helped our boys and girls to persevere and carry on. A big thank you to all those who came along to support Umul Qura School!
